TOUR TWO APOGEE GARDENS

TOUR TWO APOGEE GARDENS

Where:  Multnomah Village (Addresses will be listed on Eventbrite ticket)

When: Friday, July 24, 3pm - 6pm

Tour will begin promptly at 3:00.

SW 26th Project:  Completed. Small yard, big budget.

The client wanted to fit a lot into the relatively small yard of his new-build home. The main focus was on entertaining - improving the covered concrete slab patio and adding amenities like a hot tub and outdoor kitchen. We subcontracted this design to Marina Wynton of Olivine Land and completed the majority of the installation in the winter of 2025, wrapping up a few items this spring.

SW 31st Project: Will be in progress at the time of the tour. Small yard, modest budget.

This client has a quite narrow, recently subdivided lot next to other new housing developments. The main goal of for this project is to upgrade the lot from builder-grade and increase privacy, while staying within the clients’ budget. The whole back yard is a currently a deck, so we will be removing it and installing very intentional patios and plantings to create a lush and private space.

There will be a No-Host get together afterwards at Lucky Lab in Multnomah Village.

We would love it if you walked with us from the second site to Lucky Lab where we can chat more and enjoy some food and beverages!

Free for APLD Members and non-members
